Vince Lance of North Clybourn Group began his real estate career eighteen years ago as an appraiser, evaluating thousands of properties all over the Chicagoland area. His combined experience as a broker, an appraiser, and an investment property owner has given Vince a deep understanding of the intricacies of the market from a number of perspectives, as well as a glimpse into the many different reasons why we all decide to live where we live.
